It's in close proximity to DeerPark - often referred to as "Green Lung" of Delhi. A short 5 minutes leisurely walk from our place leads you to the entrance gate of Deer Park. It brings you close to more than 400 years old history of Delhi with a Mughal era's tomb, ruins of a monument, a man made lake, a huge park with thick wooded area where one often sights birds like Kingfisher, Peacocks & omnipresent Deer. These beatiful surroundings make this south delhi guest house better then other service apartments in Delhi in comparison of facilities and our cost are even less than a normal bed and breakfast in Delhi.

DeerPark Villa's rooms are in 3 categories and are available on Ground, 1st and 2nd Floors. It can sleep 4 adults comfortably in 2 bedrooms and additionally 2 adults on the Sofa cum bed in the lobby area. Separate entrance is there to the rooms, after the guarded main steel gate. The whole block is within steel gated complex with 24 hrs. security at the entrance gate from the deer park road.We also have our own 24hrs. security guard at our own unit.

DeerPark Villa boasts of a comfortable and quiet stay, serving hot and sumptuous breakfast prepared by our in-house cook. Meals too can be pre ordered and shall be served with finesse' & care. You have a "Sit Out" area where you can read your morning newspaper or browse on your laptop with a cup of hot tea/coffee.

While relaxing in the lobby, there is a Flat TV with numerous TataSky channels where one can watch their favourite movie over Brunch or hot snacks with hot and cold beverages. If you are here with family, this is an ideal and safe place for kids, even you are away for work or shopping. Kids can order their favourite eateries from the kitchen while playing video games, Carrom, or an all time favourite Ludo.
